ARTIST'S STATEMENT
I was intrigued and challenged by the educational theme of “falling in love with school.” The more I dug into the barriers, the more I realized how bad school must suck for those children that don’t have access to safe and supportive ones. The provocative yet colloquial phrase I turned into a multiple choice test question suggests that we have the power to make it an either/or situation.
